What LSD options are there available?

What limited slip diffs will fit straight on to a 1.8 prop etc and are there any other options? I have about £350 to play with..... Only want it for abit of fun when I use the car. Hope someone can help

Waste of time on a 1.8 it hasn't got enough power
You can get lsds but they rare.
Nothing else will fit for that budget. You have more options if you have about 1k

its a 4cy? so small case. thats the same as 2002 i think. im not that up to date with uk prices, but i think u still might be pushing it

It's a 1.8 on carbs haha, so it goes ok for what it is. I've heard of people using e30 lsd internals?

You can use e30 smallcase internals but you need to have an idea of what you're doing, with regard to setting backlash etc.
I think all e21's can benefit from fitting an LSD.

I believe it's e30,e36, and a z3? They all have small case diffs that fit the ours with a bit of modification. You'd be better off buying a e21 lsd though. The small case diffs are hard to come by and only from specific cars, and they take no extra power than the e21 lsd, and the e21 lsd takes no extra modification

Thanks a lot for the helpful advice chaps, I run my own garage,not saying I'm a know it all by any means but obviously I know the basics. E21 lsd are so hard to find and mega bucks!
