fitting recaro

ive managed to aquire some rearo seats originally from an opel monza ?
they have the support and the from that moves ,
anyway can someone point me in the right direction on seat fram/
with som epictures and dimensions hopefully.
i fitted a set of astra gte seat about 20 years ago so ive forgotten what i did .

thanks thats brilliant,
what vehicles use the same seat belt buckles?
as i take it you cant salvage the origals from the seats?

also thinking of getting these trimmed but with the silver body work am thinking red interior ,
can the door cards be covered or is it a case of painting/staining?
where can i find out what the original leather red would of been used if it actually was an option?
ive seen the colour i think i want but its on an e30 ....

Dunno about the seat buckles! As for available interior colors, red was not one of them. Also see

I didn't want to destroy the seats to get the buckles off. The way they're fitted is kind of odd, they bolt to the runner, but also pivot on the seat. My replacements came of an E24 6 series, and actually the rear ones cut down, drilled and bent slightly.

maybe years ago i just removed them for the original seats......was 17 years ago
