Is Now a possibility following reaction by this Govt to the onliNe petition!

I have to say just occasionally this (UK) Govt does listen! Brings the UK into line with Isle of Man custom and practice!

They tried it 27 years ago in Birmingham, brilliant idea!! Never took off though but I did drive my 3.1 S Capri round the track as was seeing a bird from Edgbaston back then :))

I was minded to mention was it the daughter of Dickie Bird ( famous Cricket umpire) who spent a lot of time at Edgbaston (but I won't)

For J

I remember posting a Vote now on the issue - can we merge the topics please?

the new rules will make it far easier to obtain road closures for events - ie no longer a pvt members bill on H of C.

My team here think that the downside will be more events like the Southern Hundred - going on right now - as well as Manx Classic and even the main TT in UK - to our tourist influx detriment

Bring it all on

you guys in Europe- please follow our lead (like the UK)!
