Urethane rear subframe and trailing arm bushings

I just bought my first E21. The rear bushings are shot and I'm trying to decide on whether to go with rubber or urethane bushings for the diff hanger, the 2 big subframe mounts and the trailing arms. Can anyone with experience tell me if replacing these bushings with urethane makes the car much noisier? I don't mind an increase for better performance, but I'm not racing this car and it needs to be comfortable. Thanks.

The bushings I'm looking at are from Eurometric.
