Hi. im trying to get these bolts out but so far has proved to be a near impossible task for me. I have soaked them with WD40, hammered, heated, still no luck. they have been removed before by the previous owner i think to paint them.
Anyone have any idea how i could do this? Grinding and cutting is welcome

Hit them with a center point? I can imagine you're afraid to ruin the rim.

bolts like that are such a pain!

my technique is to wind the nut back on a few turns then socket, extension and hammer.
it does ruin the threads on about 1 in 10 bolts so be warned!

or put two nuts on and tighten together but if you have 30 bolts per wheel it might take some time

its corrosion stopping you from getting them out you need to get a wire brush and clean the thread side, then stick the whole wheel in the oven for 30 minutes, then stick a nut on and tap them out.

You can use a paintstripper/ heat gun to heat the bolts. A hammer and the nut on the end of the bolt to protect the threads.

You can drill them out, but be carefull. If i am not mistaken these are BBS RC 090?, which use splined bolts.

Thanks alot Aldo for the advice. So my dads a little old school and said "let me have a go at those bolts", he took a small hammer, spun the nut on a few turns, and slowly started tapping away, after just a few heavyish hits, the bolt came out. so i decided to heat the alloy a little bit and start tapping the bolts through, at it worked like magic.

now the wheels are back together and im just about to upload the pictures to the finished look.

Thank you to everyone fore your advice and help.
