Is it possible to buy new seat cushion's for E21 front seats.

You mean the filling, inner parts, or the cloth? Most of the cloth has been NLA for years but I believe most of the filling is still available, but used filling shouldn't be an issue either. But most of the cloth is about to start to fall apart anyway so with used material you should be careful.
