is it true that mk2 golf coilovers fit rears to bmw e21
if so has anyone done it thanks

You can buy gaz rear coilovers for under £200 just ring them up say you want rear coilovers for a e21 and springs and fit them better than getting parts for a golf and mucking about

From my experience the MK2 Golf rear coilovers do fit, but they don't get you any closer to the ground than standard E21 suspension :(

As I had the coil overs from my old MK2 Golf sat around I also thought about modifying them to allow for a drop but wasn't brave enough to do it myself. In personal opinion when it comes to things like suspension I would rather have the right thing for the job. Not saying it cant be done as I'm sure people have done it... :)
