Thermostat housing bleed screw corroded

What a bad design the thermostat housing bleed screw is, the steel screw has corroded with the aluminium housing and seized inside.

And I thought it was going to be a nice simple job, the lug on top is snapped too.
What could I use to fill the hole i don't think the housing has enough metal to put a small bolt into stop water escaping.

I can only find e30 housings like the above with the ridged gtoved outlet.
I can't seem to find a UK supplier yet.

If you don't want to replace the housing you cound fill the bleed hole with JB Weld. Once cured it will withstand the heat.
Fill the hole from the inside.
JB Weld is a 2 component glue/filler also known as cold weld.
You won't have a bleed screw anymore bud thats not a big issue, i've never used it.
The newer e30 part Will fit your thermostat housing.
