Wiper Motor Improvement

Right, my windscreen wipers are painfully slow, they work, they're just not fast.
Is there anything I can do with the motor, or is there a replacement I could fit that would speed them up to something closer to modern standards?

Subscribed! Mine are crap aswell. Can barely drag themselves over the glass.

Are E30 ones any better? Mine had the motor and linkage fitted and they worked ok!

Is it all a direct fit? I'm surprised at that.

Not quite, the linkage is different and the motor I think because it has an extra speed setting. As with most of the mods on my car, I didn't perform them, but I can find out if anyones interested.
