Rust repairs & Paint

I took my car to a bodyshop yesterday in regards to rust repairs. The areas affected are:
Corners of both rear windows (non opening)
10 pence piece of bubbling bottom of passenger door
50 pence piece of rust in the sunroof tray
5 pence piece of bubbling under NSR brake light cluster
My main concern is getting the Safari Beige paint and matching it as the original is solid paint (in my understanding).
The bodyshop recommended treating the rust and using a base coat to match the colour and then clear coat to blend it and lose it along the panels. Is this correct? What other options are there? Any recommended bodyshops in West London/Heathrow?
