A little pricey: "Thank you for your enquiry. We can supply you a Power steering column for
the BMW E21. The price is 1225 Euro Excl 21% VAT. The shipping costs within
European union are 30 Euro."

But sounds easy to install: "The installation consists of removing the original steering column and removing the steering wheel, indicators and steering lock and fitting these to the EZ Power Steering column. The EZ Power Steering column can then be installed without having to cut or weld anything to the car. The electrical connections are easy, a continuous plus is taken from the battery, a continuous negative from the chassis and an ignition switched plus from the ignition."

It is very interesting!
How about fitting this as well on the sports steering rack we bought two years ago (or 1 y. and a half ?) via the group buy here on the the forum?
This would fit?
Also, does the system have any interior parts as well? thes would be good if they can be hidden from the inside of the dash panels in order not to be seen in the interior of the car

They do mention a "steering column" in their reply.
Do they mean by this that they supply the whole steering rack?

No, just the column from steering wheel down to the joint, not the entire rack.
