Part No.4 on here which is the main U-shaped seal. They appear to be NLA.

Any way around this?

Modified the topic title to make this a bit more general and add some info. What seals are used on a Baur:

Image

No 6 is the sealing strip above the windscreen, P/N 54 21 0 006 040 but NLA
No 8 is the front seal which is a bog standard seal and therefore is way overpriced imo, P/N 51 71 0 006 305

No 9 is the front seal of the targa panel, P/N 51 71 0 006 305, fairly simple one but still available
No 4 is the u-shaped profile for the side and rear of the roof panel, the one you are referring to, P/N 51710 006 304 and NLA

No 15 is the standard rear seal, expect is to be the same type as no 8 and in that case overpriced at 90 bucks, P/N 51 71 0 006 308
No 18 is the seal at the bottom where the roof connects to the trunk, P/N 51710 006 306 but also NLA

So the ones in red are the two critical ones and there are more people that could use a good source for them, suggestions welcome. The BMWE21.net team will be visiting the Techno Classica in Germany later this week, the largest classic car show and parts market worldwide, we will definitely keep our eyes peeled!

Thanks Jeroen.

I've seen guides & articles on the net about making your own rubber items. It might be possible to make the 'U' seal.
