No fluid to right rear brake

Hello all. 1983 320i US spec. This car sat for 30 years and had no brakes at all when I bought it. I've since gotten both fronts and the back left brake getting fluid and mostly bled.
Now the pedal travels 3/4 of the way before you feel any pressure, but then the car brakes normally. I figure it's likely the master cylinder, but I don't want to replace that until I figure out what's going on with the rear right brake not getting any fluid. I've pulled the hard line from the master cylinder and blown compressed air through there. The air makes it to the left right, but not the right rear. I've disconnected the line to that drum and blown air through it, so the blockage must be between the T block and the drum, but I figured I would ask here to make sure what I'm saying makes sense before I get a chance to unhook the block. Where is that anyway? Above the fuel tank?
