Hey all

I have an E21 when i purchased it, it had a diesel engine and i changed it to a petrol engine.

I have a problem to know if irs an M10 engine. Can you please guys help me if i send you a picture of what i have or how to recognise that its an M10 engine. With the engine number the BMW dealer told me that they can't tell.

Yes please post a picture of the engine, and give us the engine number as well...

So you took out the diesel and put in the petrol engine? How many cilinders? Straight swap without changing the subframe?
