1982 Alpina B6 2.8 fetches record auction result

Through Dutch BMW specialist Ivo Christov this car was put on auction at BaT. Last night, E21 B6 #356 fetched a record $ 141.000!

The very clean Polaris silver example is said to be one of the best examples out there, but even though it's been a while since a real minter was auctioned (afaik) this outturn was unexpected. Let's hope this marks new developments for the value of E21's in general!

I love that car and I have been trying to buy one that has been standing still for years in Switzerland a few years ago, but it seems to me that the price of this one is crazy, the car is not even in perfect conditio
