Another chance to see an amazing number of race cars in action from pre-war including several BMW 328's, through the beautiful 60's monoposto's to the DRM cannons and later DTM machines. Of course that means lots of BMW action including CSL's, M1's, M3's and always E21 action, too! Our buddy Lukasz will ba racing his Group 2 320i and the Qvick familiy will bring the Schnitzer 320 turbo in Rodenstock livery again. Then some historic F1 and the party is complete!

3-day ticket including grandstand and paddock access costs € 89. Will I meet you at the BMW club parking, usually at B2?

Looking back on another amazing party at the Ring! Report and pictures coming soon, but here's one of the highlights. A video of Frank Stippler driving the Saturday evening race in the Qvick Motors E21 320 Turbo. Amazing footage, noise, views and flames!

And here is part 1 of the photo report, the most important part: the E21's!

Our Polish buddy Lukasz was present again, nice to catch up even though I would have loved to spend a little bit more time with the team. He was not fully satisfied with the weekend, not completely happy with engine output if I recall correctly. But Lukasz did his very best and pushed hard all the time as you can see for yourself!















Next up is the Belgian Qvick Motors team run by father Erik and son Kenzie. Erik usually drives the car but for the event he co piloted with specialist Frank Stippler. The Group 5 replica of the Manfred Winkelhock car in the legendary Rodenstock livery is now equipped with a 2 liter Schnitzer engine with a huge turbo... taking big steps! More on the Qvick Motors team soon by the way!

Truly unique is the achievement of our friend Uli Sauer. He is the only one to compete in ALL 50 editions of the OGP! And he always drove his 328. Most years he drove over by road, changed wheels, and raced. Changed wheels back, and drove home again. Sadly the Vintage race was turned into a regularity race a couple of years ago, but that allowed his granddaughter Anna to join him, and she loves it! Of course a special award ceremony was held to celebrate this unique achievement.
