Hi!

I just bought an E21 with some minor issues to sort out. One of them is the indicator/hazard light speed.

The car came with a spare indicator relay (original), but after swapping them out the problem stays te same.
All 4 bulbs are 12v21w and are working, but at high speed

I've read about this happening with broken bulbs, but mine are all fine.

Any place to start looking, maybe grounds? Where are they located on the E21 316?
