I am noob here, just got my first e21 316 from 1980...

I really enjoy it.

I have the project to change the radio. Problem : how to remove it from the frame.

I understood that you have to remove the two buttons on it to remove the frame of the unit, but I am stuck after that.

Under the knobs there are some very thin hex nuts, unscrew them then extract the radio from underneath, otherwise remove the entire central tunnel unit and work on the kitchen table

No way to remove it from behind, I'll have to remove the entire tunnel...
