I have made high-res scans of the Circuit Diagram for 320/6, 320/6 A, 323i, 323i A.

The files are in PDF-format.
2x A3-size the left and right side of the actual diagram
2x A4-size legend

I have no webspace to put this online so mail me if you want it.

Is it possible to get a copy of the circuit diagram from 323i.

I've used both the wiring diagram in the Haynes manual and the 2 volume factory manual which you can download from the web, I think you can also access it here if you're a VIP member but i have a printed copy.

You need to be a little careful interpreting the wiring diagrams as there are a number of variations between US and Euro spec vehicles/build dates etc.
