They trap moisture, therefore rust, look silly, just get your car cleaned more often big deal really?!

Nothing 's wrong with it!

It's functional and I need them. My garage is located a few kilometers of the road. A bumpy dirty road, so it's good to have them.....

It gives the car a bit of an "old man's car", and I like it!
Untill they see the driver of the 320....

I'll take some pics next week and try to post them here.

Fun and reactions garanteed....

If you want a more sportife look on your e21, then you shouldn't place mudflaps. If you want to go for the older look, like blackadder, place em.

Yes, yes, yes, finally some support...

I like the "dirty old man's" look....

If I would buy me a second one, it would have 15 inch BBS, lowered on the front, chrome exhaust. etc...

@ blackadder,

I took a look at the mudflaps ont the 318 last weekend. They weren't fitted with screws (so no drilling of holes), but with some sort of plate the clipped around the back of wheel arch.

ps. removed the mudflaps :)

OK Dennis,

I've fitted them this weekend.
Had to make some ajustments, but they are in place now, without the drilling, as you said!

Pics to follow when my HP is repaired...

Nope, not possible at this moment,

although I am in Germany that weekend, but I have to work.
It's possible I drop by, but not with "the old man's car"....
