Looks very nice man, very clean too! Can you tell some more about specs of the car?
Btw, I see now that the headlights of the car are different in size, is that ok?

Nice e21 Kuba!....Great colour and great condition!
I take it that the car would have originally had a single headlight set up then. And being an '83, it would have been one of the last e21s! Have you got a build date for the car?....The chrome around the front doors looks a bit different from earlier e21s, and if I may be permitted to say so, there is something almost e30 about it from the side angle - I think its the chrome, but it could be that it has a similar metallic paint job to my e30!
Cheers
Mathew

Do you mean the chromes around windows Mathew. If you do, you need to know that 315 was a budget buy car and that is why the trim around windows is partly dechromed.

I have got this car since august 2004
This is E21 315 '83, exactly 28 April '83,
Timely 107.000 km on the clock
Offcourse colour is original - "Opalgrün metalic - 171/6"
Original BMW rims - "Turbine wheel” 13”
Engine - R4 M10
My car look like E editions... the same colour, the same rims, lacquer mirros...

This is really one of the last E21s!
BTW: I will make some interior pictures

Oh, thats right! I forgot about the 315!....I actually read it as a 316. Well, then the 315 was made until 1985, so you may have one of the last e21s but not one of the last 315s, Kuba
Thanks for supplying the build date for us! And congratulations on finding an e21 with such low mileage! I look forward to seeing the interior!
Regards
Mathew

Quote from Jeroen's site:
"1983 marked the end for the E21 series when the E30 3-series was introduced, although the 315 remained available until 1985"
The question is, does it mean that they were still making 315 until 85 or they stoped making it in 83, but there were allready many 315 produced so BMW was selling them until 85?
Jeroen help...

Production ran until 1985 ... the same thing happened with the 1502, which was available until 1977, even though the E21 was long available.
