Most interesting for you is I think part "garaz"
In four parts you can see my work step by step for over 2 years.
Updates monthly

It´s all in czech, but if you hold cursor on picture for a little while,
you´ll see short comments in english

Steve,

I'm impressed, lots of work in restoring your E-21. I'm a bit of a E-21 newbie, but from your website I think I see that your E-21 is a 1980 318 with L-Jet. I though the K-Jet came as standard. Have you converted your car over to L-Jet? Are their any advantages of L-Jet over K-Jet?

Cheers. Paul

Not having a damn fuel distributor and diaphram would be a pretty big advantage

2 paulb: Thats it. It´s e30 engine. e21s K-Jet is mechanical injection system, but L-Jet is electronical.
Engine swap is easy, but most problematic is connecting L-Jet computer etc. Best way i see is to use fusebox and all wires from e30, but that is not easy to fit in e21 and I´d like to have original e21 instrument panel, wich has totaly diferent plugs, than e30. I´ll see next month 8)

If those listed here are the same as posted on your web-site, the look awsome !! Nice to see your project almost ready. I feel that I have been on your web-site long time ago, and that you were dismantling at that time ?? Stay in there, keep up the good work !! Looking good!

Sorry Jeroen, link has to be pasted to your browser or add space to the end, that should work. 8)

Pedi: Yes, it's over 2yrs I started this job. First I was thinking just about new sills because of rust but as work began, I wanted to improve that and this, and this...... so that's the story.
There were some moments I believed that this car will never more run, because if you see your love like this:
http://webpark.cz/bezmozek/bayern/bavoracek08.jpg
it is bit depressive.
Now body has new paint, engine runs and it's almost ready to go, but I have solve some small details, to make all work prfect.
Nice feeling to have '80 car built in '05

I'll add some more pictures soon
