Regarding those rubber parts for doors, found in Facebook someone who 3d prints them.
Ordered a couple
Fitted easily without issues

Now my new worry is about that handbreak surround console
I am thinking of fitting one if I can find one
Are these from E28?
How are they fitted? Do I need to open holes on the carpet or, even worse, the transmission tunnel?

Looks great! Did you use an E28 rear seat to the the arm rest? Something special on an E21!

Upholsterer told me it came from an E30
Not sure however, he could be mistaken with bmw E codes
In any case, this was custom fit in my factory seat, with A LOT of work from the guy, I ‘ve got a few photos from custom frame manufacturing phase that prove it

Hartge used the e28 console over the handbrake. I saw it once and they screwed it to the metal edge where the original e21 rubber cover goes around. Tight fit, but just that hole, not in the tunnel itselve.

Just get a e28 handbrakeconsole, and rip off the e21 cover. Rest will show itselve.

I just found one in ebay and now I waiting for it to arrive.
Will see, I am not sure I'll like it.
I thought it needed some cutting at the front edge in order to fit near the rear of the gear surround
