Could be a lot of things... vacuum leak, bad adjustment, bad inginion parts (ignition leads, plugs, cap and rotor arm) to name but a few first checks...

Nope one type, not hydraulic but with shims and they require a special BMW tool that's not cheap. You can check clearances first (see specs page) and if necessary have the dealer swap a few shims...

can you tell me how to clean my coolant system from air.
Is it need to use the nut on thermostat? Or just open the cap.
How it's made?
Cause i havn't hot air inside the car.
Second think is to check radiator filter inside.

i fix the heater with new valve for heater radiator.
now i change rotor and soon distributor cap.
if someone have distributor at good price let me know. :wink:

hello again.
i just finishing my restoration of 320 is 4 door.
do a lot of thinks,
start with coupe restoration. clean and cut all rust of body. when i bought the car, it look in good condition but e30 and all generation that is constructed before 1985 have problem with the firm of bodywork.
it have rust almost everywhere but i remove completely.
now i clean the 2 thresholds to make shining.
i put body soft and make the car straight line.
change both front fenders.
get new head lamps, halogen lamps
and last i'll change the original grey color with green one.
