my car is lowered 60mm and it's fine 99+% of the time. i just really slow over speed bumps, it's usually ok. it's just if the car had luggage and 3 other people in that you make a nasty hole in your down pipe
generally though, i'd say 60mm is absolutely fine, especially if you don't encounter many speed bumps. even then, if you go slow it's not usually an issue. if you want a pic to see how low it is let me know i'll see what i can do.
