Any motor factors.

Leads are sold individually.

i have a set of leads you could have had for a tenner lol. they only have 2000 miles on them!

i bought the e30 set - and just put the caps back on the spark plugs - (on the original ones you have to take the little metal cap off the top). they came with the king lead (motorquip)

aye - tbh you best off going to your local parts store and trying some out.

got the leads through and the bloke didn't know what he was on about...it did come with a 5th lead. changed them yesterday and all runs sweetly. old ones weren't tooooo bad actually, but hadn't been done since i got the car, 25k miles ago (no idea how old they were).

only thing, the old set had a cap cover which covered the king lead and the coil, this doesn't. do at the moment i just got some grease and put it around the lead to stop water getting in, but it was a ruddy tight fit getting it on anyway so should be fairly safe from water. but might cut the cap (only rubber) off the old one, wrap it around and araldite it back together if it's worth it? does anyone else have this covering one end of the coil?

cheers guys.

in my idiocy, i have now realised the end cap (with the right angle built into it) comes off, so the rubber cap can easily be removed. it's removed from the old lead and i'll put it on tonight. i remember having trouble this winter with the leads getting water on them (well, assumed so as a squirt of wd40 solved the problem) so do you think it's worth putting some thick grease around the outside of the dizzy cap where the leads plug in? or am i going overkill?
