You know what? I'm undecided.
No dispespect to all of the E21 faithful on here, my beef is with the BMWCC. I'm not sure if I wanna go to a show run by a club which regards E21s as the 'Mad Uncle' of the BMW 'family' and only makes a HALF-ARSED effort to get E21s there. That's the reason why I didn't renew my membership to them, they're a waste of time for E21 owners.
Any BMWCC officials on here want to tell me different? I would take this discussion to their forum, but as I'm not a member, I can't register.

Was thinking of coming Sunday in the racer, do we need to book in advance?

Well, Mark & I have been trying to clarify this with the BMWCC, because there's a possibilty we might have to park in the 'normal' car park!
Would be a bit embarrassing for the CC if they're having a 3er 35th birthday celebration and there's no E21s on the showfield!!!

Yes mate.

If you can call 01225 709009 asap they might even be able to designate a little e21 section if we're quick enough.

I considered fronting the £90 they wanted to reserve a 10 car pitch but I can't afford for people not to turn up and pay their £9 per ticket.

If your going to Gaydon and don't want to be just left out in the public car park you really need to call and book yourself in. I just have an they are issuing an E21 Display Pass so I would suggest you ask for the same so that we all get grouped together. :launch

Does it cost to book the ticket?

I'm not a member either, which will probably mean I have to park in the carpark.. hmmmm :?

Looks like it I'm afraid.
Tells you all you need to know about what the BMWCC think about E21s, in my opinion

No, if you book a ticket it should mean you get to take your car in.

According to this is doesn't mean you can take your car in.

See the other thread guys. Get 8 names on a list and I'll pay for the display pass & tickets. You can then collect them from me on the morning of the event.

If the BMW CC registrar had done his job this could have been sorted months ago! No doubt excuses will be forthcoming.
