Re: Brake caliper revision; HOW TO?
It's very easy work to do. The only problem I faced when doing my calipers was the piston, it was very hard to take it out.
1. Buy a set of new gaskets (BMW dealers still suply them)
2. If the caliper piston requiers a change get them from W&N. The coutout in the piston must be set properly, you need a book (e.g. Haynes) to know.
3. Gave the calipers a sand blast
4. Remove the old gaskets
5. Instal new gaskets, after removing all parts you will easly know how to instal new parts.
Below you will find the pics of mine calipers, hope this will help.

Re: Brake caliper revision; HOW TO?
easy way to get pistons out if you have an airline is stick the blower down the brake pipe hole and pump, just dont stand too close as they do launch!
