I've submitted the form and they're calling to take a card payment before mailing out 10 tickets. If last year is anything to go by there's nothing to set up. They just allocate a parking area.

Don't go believing what POD are telling you about "Allocating" your space for 10 cars.
We had plenty of problems last year with our allocated spaces for the E30zone.
Best to get the Plan emailed to you and get there EARLY! to make sure you get those allocated spaces, or you'll soon find they've been nicked by other clubs :D

iirc one of the problems with the zone was the fact they had about eleventeen million cars turn up. I think we're going to have 10 or 15 max. :) At the end of the day, we've paid so they'll have to get us in somewhere.

I'm thinking that those people who want to get their cars in and on the e21 stand could meet up the road first. That way we can dish out the tickets & passes.

There's a pub called the Wollaston Inn not too far away. The Wollaston Inn, 87 London Road, Wollaston, Northamptonshire, NN29 7QS

If we all meet there by 9am, sort the tickets and blast off to S P.

What do you think?

If anyone can suggest a better rendezvous please do. This was the first one I came up with but there's bound to be a better, roomier one.

me and ben are going to be at the pod from friday onwards so if anyone needs any thing setting up at all let us know.

We will be there sat morning when they are setting up so im going to convince them to put our e21 stand in the best place possible. there is an awesome spot just by the grandstand with the back to the strip usually which will give us awesome track view and lots of crowds of people

Just waiting for them to get back to me with confirmation etc. I'm in Cornwall but have got one of those new fangled mobile net things so hopefully it can all get set up. If so, will PM you details so that you can try and grab a prime spot.

Best to do that out of site of the POD people, as the only people allowed to sell are the trraders.
Last year they made it clear no selling was allowed.

Well I have had a confirmation e-mail to say we have an ''e21 forum'' stand on Sunday. I have asked them to confirm that tickets and passes have been mailed out to me as they still have not taken payment from my card. I'll call them tomorrow and chase them up. So who's taking their cars please guys?

im working on on one of my neighbours brothers car on sunday so wont be attending.
gutted but its a choice between earning £80 on my drive or spending £60 going to the pod. in my present financial situation its a no brainer.
besides, i dont think the natwest would appreciate me spending their money going to the pod!

Right, the passes etc were mailed out to my home address on Monday so will be there waiting once I get back late Friday / early Saturday.

Personally, I would like to get to Santa Pod as early as possible to try and beat the queues and register for the RWYB. So, who is still going to be there and will put their car on the e21 stand rather than the public car park?

We also need to agree a venue to meet and dish out the passes?
