What E30 parts fit an E21?

Afternoon all, I hope everyone is well.

Haven't posted on here for quite some time. After my original E21 search a couple of years back hit a brick wall I ended up pouring more money into our MK1 Golf Cabriolet instead. However last month i happened to be scouring eBay one night and coming accross a cheap E30 325i Coupe with tax and test. A cheeky bid later and the car found its self on my driveway. Plan was to tidy it up while it was in use but after only 20 days my Mrs had an altercation with a signpost and its kaput.

Anyway i've sorted a new car for the Mrs but i now have the bug again for an E21.

(Still with me?)

Now the E30 had a high spec including sports seats, m-tech steering wheel, m-tech suspension, 15" BBS rims and a few other nice bits so my question is what parts should I keep from the E30 (if any) for the E21.

depends how good you are with the spaners

engine, and wiring, box if you want to get an electronic speedo

seat if you chop out the e21 seat rails and reweld them, stero, headlights

Rad if you modify the bottom support

If you really want to get into things then you can shorten the E21 front struts and use the shorter E30 front shocks, combined with a coilover kit from rally design!

In my E21s I have used the E30 engines, seats, front shocks and I'm sure much more!

you could crush the e30 into small cubes and then put it in the boot of you e21 to act as ballast for the twitchy back end.

The Mrs has already been told she won't be aloud to drive the E21. It didn't go down too well though.

With modern rubber and suspension I think any twitchyness is pretty much history. Mind you, I guess most people grew up with FWD whereas RWD was the norm back in the day.

rear brake disc and calipers, handbrake shoes fits directly on 323 e21 everything else fits by choping and welding.

ō, sorry. still you can use:
* engine hood badge
* rear spoiler
