ignition barrel removal

I have a new lock set, and dont know how to swap the ignition barrel.

Any advice?

i tried to do this once. its impossible.

I changed mine recently. Which bit are you having trouble with? The cowling which houses the switch is a bit of a pain. I think there are 7 shear bolts that need to be undone with a small chisel or centre punch.
