Hi all. I got fed-up with sitting on a horse-hair+springs combination so got the Recaros re-trimmed in matching cloth (well, as near as I could). Here's the pics..
That's better! Feels like I'm driving a 4x4 for now .

I had the Recaros for a while now, they were black (like Jeroens')
I couldn't believe my luck when the guy pulled out these rolls of fabric from his store. The velour and vinyl are identical matches, the other material (weave pattern down the middle??) is ever so slightly different. You'd need a keen eye to spot the difference though.
The company I used was called 'Sheffield Trimming Company', in Sheffield (nr. Don Valley stadium), very professional & recommended.
Well done .... These look fantastic!
My interior is also Beige - it's in good condition but the standard seats are not very supportive - would love to fit recaros so I'm very interested in the fabrics. Do you have the material codes and I will contact the Sheffield Trimming Company to see if they can supply the fabric or give me the source.
No codes I'm afraid. If you ring (Mick), he's bound to remember.. it was only a couple of weeks ago.
As for price Carlo, there's a bit of a supply and demand problem around here. You see these car companies keep making stronger materials and anyway who runs a car for over 25 years these days. Think of a price and you're probably right.
WAUW!! Jules, they're amazing!! I bet you're well happy now - you certainly should be... The interior is now every bit as stunning as the outside.
Must be one of the cleanest and best looking E21's I have seen for a long time - honest...
