M20 heads
Just wondering if there is much that can be done to improve M20 cylinder heads? I have a spare that is actually fitted with a Schrick camshaft. I planned to fit the camshaft in my current head but wondered what could be done to improve flow whilst it's off?

Re: M20 heads
Not much gain on 885 head, a bit of tidying the exhaust ports, unless you want to spend £££ stick a 323i crank in shorten the piston skirts and run a thicker OEM gasket and you have a few extra CC's high comp engine and good squish for not much more money.

Re: M20 heads
I thought I'd read there was not much to gain. I'll just throw the cam in and clean up the exhaust ports while I'm at it. I'll probably wait till the cambelt needs replacing and do the whole lot in one.
