Ok, this one has been opened before, I am sure of that...
1) The technical question: What is needed for the conversion? What parts must I get?
2) The less technical, and more "a matter of driving feeling" question: What is your opinion, is it worth to do this conversion when the car's engine is not as powerful as the 323i? I mean: let's say that stronger brakes are not what I urgently need. Are there other differences in driving by making these changes on my rear suspension?

Re: 323i rear brakes conversion
Sub frame is the same
you need new braek lines as the disk braek are different, also the 323i propotioning valve.

Re: 323i rear brakes conversion
Thanks!
And...about question no.2?
Are there differences in driving, handling etc. (except for stronger braking) due to the upgraded suspension?
I am asking that because if I remember correctly, someone in a thread wrote that road contact is much better with this upgrade...

Proportioning valve? Damn it! I have every thing, except that thing...Jason_323i wrote:Sub frame is the same

Without it would disc brakes get more or less pressure than it suppose to get?
There are aftermarket ones, but they are a bit expensive (100Eur+), so may be from E30,E34 it would do a trick?
