I am thinking of buying this motor for the engine and putting it into one of my E21's and wanted to get some thoughts. The idea in principal sounds awesome, however the weight vs power ratio doesnt sound so promising. It would be a very heavy engine in a small car, so cornering would be a huge issue. I guess the sensible boys reduce the weight and go for a 318is 16v engine ?
Your thoughts guys.

I wuld take the wheels, the engine and the LSD and sell the rest. I wouldnt pay that for it....prob £650 ish.
We'll see, i still think the 318Is engine is the way to go.
