Can i use different springs on my E21????

Hi all i am in OZ at the mo, the cars are rear as rockinghorse shite here!!! My springs shot, i was wondering if anyone knows if i can use some springs from another model???
All help would be much appreciated I am on a backpackers budget so nothing expensive

Tom, you can get springs pretty cheap. If you're in Sydney, try the Pick n Payless in Blacktown. The often have an e21 lying around.

You could look up the BMW drivers Club NSW and find their historic vehicle registrar. He's a member on this board and has owned about a million e21s.
