Lowest e21?

Post by 340i »

Is Neek's car the lowest e21? other than the old group 5 cars of course. im keen to see whats been done, and what they had to do to achieve it. im not talking about cars with the springs taken out or chopped either, must be properly lowered with functioning suspension. road or race, im not fussed, just keen on some good pictures of FULLY stanced e21s. post em up if you've got them. thanks :banana

Slug is on coilovers. Exhaust and seat mounting bolts catch on trailers when loading. Also tend to make lots of noise if the road isn't flat! I've put the fuel tank in the boot to keep it safe, need to move the fuel lines as well - they run underneath on the passenger side and can get squashed if I go over a kerb!

Jim, your car is hot!!

Mine's not that low at the moment, my M50 sump prohibits lowness.

Misky's desert rat is the lowest I've encountered

I'm working on plans to go to Cadwell on 13th May. If Jacko has picked them up I hope to have plastic windows in to reduce weight (though I could lose a lot more from the driver!). I am also planning a rear wing and a front splitter to get things even lower!

Off witht he winter wheel snad on with the summer ones.

The front of mine is pretty low but the back could do with some more attention...

I took the picture last night after i'd finished putting the wheels on, so sorry it's a bit dark...
