Hydro handbrake with drums.

Post by s1oww »

More questions :)

Have any of you run a hydro handbrake off drums? Do they lock fine and hold up well?

I've only run hydros on discs, I see no point in changing the rear drums on the e21 as they work just fine as brakes.

Hydro drums work fine, pretty common on older rally cars, it just the e21 droms need adustingg to accoutn for wear (unlike modern cars) and thye adjusters sieze a lot.
