Removing Baur pillar covers

Help...how do I get these off...do I have to remove the rear quarter lights /??
Or do they just pull off from under the rubber seals...( with some effort ) ?

remove quarter lights, remove all the old sealant, undo the little phillips head screws that hold them on then prise away from the sealant underneath them.

Baur name badges pop off, but very easy to snap one of the prongs off.

I'll be reassembling mine tomorrow!
