Plans or dimensios for spare tire cover

As the subject says, I need a drawing or measurements for the OEM spare tire cover. I've managed to make one but the fit isn't perfect, plus it is a little warped from moisture, so I want to make one out of a more water proof material. A CAD file would be ideal, however a photo (straight on) would work in a pinch, just have to size it correctly. thanks
