Re: Suspension (where to buy)
Thats the kind of thing I'm after (not the massively deep one), will scan web today.
Called a couple of places re the lenso's, have been told the amount of dish doesn't change regardless of offset so if I want the deeper look I would have to go 9j......anyone running 16" 9j, any clearance issues?

16x9 will require effort, rolled archs et0 or less, possible issue with hiting the front strut

Nice disclaimer,Mark.
There's one out there with my name on it.
Re: Suspension (where to buy)
What about the rear, would there be trouble getting 9j on rear and 7.5j on front?
Re: Suspension (where to buy)
Front should be fine, don't know about the rear, i've got 7.5 all round.
Re: Suspension (where to buy)
what offset are your alloys front and rear?
Re: Suspension (where to buy)
ok so been thinking this weekend and i hink i'll just go for 7.5j x 16 all round...
can anyone see any fitment issues with this or does anyone have similar size fitted?
Hopefully will order alloys tomorrow

Re: Suspension (where to buy)
15's might be better? Just personal preference but think anything over 15 looks a bit out of proportion. Just my preference though.
My road car has 8 & 9 x 15's and track 7 x 15's

Ah Mark don't make me doubt myself again, only got a couple of weeks to get these before the classic car show i'm going to lol
Honestly have been going back and forward between 15's and 16's and width between the two, was going to get the Lenso with the black centre so thought 16's would look better as th black centres might make the wheel look a bit smaller.?
Anyone on the forum have lenso's?

Re: Suspension (where to buy)
lenso's are "ok"... but they corrode very quickly.. id stick with the BBS splites as they are the wheel to have also can make wider or thinner as required.. touch pricey though... rs or rm style...

Re: Suspension (where to buy)
I think mine are et35 (off of a Golf), the front has a 20mm spacer so works out to be et15 and the rear has a 25mm spacer and works out to be et10.sleepy wrote:what offset are your alloys front and rear?
Hope this helps..
