new they are 550 quid i think - cj autos sell them.
heres a link

well worth it - when i get my new garage im going to build this into a false floor / long ramp - so i simply drive the car over the top of it and then remove a couple of boards and then jack the car up with a high torque motor.

Ha, the engine wasn't what took the time, the bodyshell was nearly as bad as yours. Plus if you're being technical I started doing an M50 swap back in 2008...

Re: Mark's Tango'd 323i
Are you going to keep your e21 now Rob or are you still going e30?
Re: Mark's Tango'd 323i
I certainly have more love for it at the moment and I've refitted an E21 diff and driveshafts. I'm just reluctant to take it anywhere drift related for fear of swapping driveshafts all day! I've been driving it round the farm, it's a proper monster. I am though in the middle of M30ing an E30 and I've just bought my old silver 318is back (smashed up). I might use the E21 lightly for the time being, finish off the M30 E30 and the concentrate on getting a stronger diff/shafts in the car.

214?
you mean 215? one thing i thought when i saw yours at nas's was the stretch tyres look a little too much. rubbing on the arches too.
if going for it, why not roll them to the point of almost flaring them getting rid of the swage line round the arch like my fronts. its very subtle.

Re: Mark's Tango'd 323i
Yes, 215's - it was dark - and that's the level of rolling I want to go for. I have thought about going down the route of 2002 turbo arches but if I can get enough clearance without them, all the better. I think the stretch can look OK but it's too risky if you are actually pushing your car around corners and it makes the rims too vulnerable to damage.
Hopefully Mr Nas can find someone to do the arches within the next 2 weeks. Hopefully, I'll be on the train up at this time in 2 weeks. If I can't get clearance I guess I'll just get the rears built up as 8J instead of 9's? I think I'm going to have the same problem on my track car when I bolt the compomotives on. I'm still not sure what size tyres would be best for those rims? I'm thinking I would want to stick with Toyo888r's so I guess I need to check what sizes are actually available?

Alloy rad arrived with Nas today. I think that's pretty much everything now? I'm so looking forward to getting MIB back on July 2nd.
