thats the whole idea, im not doing a wheel spins for the 15yo chavs down the shops..... theyll tell other 15yo chavs who will come and pinch my car.

true.and fair point....there is one benifit from owning an e21 over another car...where are you going to go after you steal it that no one will recognize it? kind of easy to find if ya know what I mean not like stealing a land rover or something.

...I also (in weekends, when I will find parking space) take the car to come to the office, which is 15 min walk from my house!!! And what is more, I sometimes don't go from the usual roads, but I choose another itinerary, making a bigger circle, from roads where I can drive faster!!! Just to have the chance to drive!!!

You know you drive an E21, when E30 drivers allmost crash when looking at your car

-When your nice girl passenger can't get out of the car (not on purpose!) can't find the handle.
-When people ask why the front arm rests are a mismatch
-When you can scare ppl out by taking a corner slowly punching the gas a bit and throwing the rear end with no effort at all!
-When you can laugh about having a loose rear end
-When your wipers turn off on a storm while they were on interval.
-When you are going above 100km/h and the steering vibrates
-When you keep looking for other E21's and always try to notice if the front of the hood is still pointy or if its banged.
-When your car suddenly turns on the hazards without warning with no one inside and freaks out the neighbors.
-You think the E30 is over appreciated and the E21 under appreciated.
-You think a red LED clock on a tach with a green stripe is pretty cool!
-Other older BMW's flash you the lights
-You know that characteristic old BMW smell
-You have gone reverse on a green light at least once
-When you know E21's had parking lamp "angel eye" like rims before all those new bmw's!
-You have tried to go into second while racing and gone a bit too far to the left on the stick to find no gear there

And the most important....You feel alive every time you take it for a spin!

Also when your fuel meter bounces and reads non realistic amounts of gas! As well as not turning on the reserve light and leaving you without gas!
