Steering wheel inspired by best friend

Two years ago a very good friend of mine passed away.

Shortly before he died he bought me this keyring for my birthday.

Its hand made by Dunhill and is solid silver and wood.



My pal asked that i use it with my e21 keys, this was always going to be the way in remembering his fondness for fast cars and my E21.

I decided to try and find a full size wheel to make up a matching pair. Ive installed the one below and may stain the wood to match the keyring even better.

Looks nice!!! althought I am not so much for the idea of wood in the E21, it's really nice this one!!
Your electric windows are of a universal aftermarket type, or from some other BMW model?

Window switches are BMW ones made up in a little housing unit.

I have removed all the electrics and am back on the winders, want the car simple limiting potential faults
