Sorry I haven't updated about the 323i i purchased here in the states everybody. I haven't had the funds to do anything with her and trying to register it is ending up tougher than I thought it would be. It won't pass local emissions because it doesn't have an O2 sensor :(.

That s*cks! But I heard requirements vary by the state and you might be able to get it registered first in a different state? It's not like it's the first 323i in the US and I think at least 99% do not have an O2 sensor.

Ha well yeah garenteed they dont have an O2 sensor lol. But the big thing here is I can get it registered in an area of the state that doesn't have emissions is i can provide two proofs that I live there?? Or if i can find a buddy that is willing to say I live there with them lol.
