Help! How to remover rear quarter windows

Can anybody help me by showing how to remover the rear quarter windows. Iv taken the 3 metal strips off but how do I get the glass out?

It just pushes out, you need to push hard at a corner somewhere and get the glass popping out. Hit it with the heel of your palm, or a rubber mallet once you have a corner or edge starting to come out. Takes quite a bit of force to do, but the glass won't (or shouldn't) break. Easier on a Baur as you can stand outside the car to do it, you ideally need a helper to make sure the glass doesn't pop out onto the floor.

Cheers mate I managed to push it out how you said it. I think i was too scared to break the glass with too much force but in the end that little bit force did the job.
