The banana ran out of gas after 10 km.
Needle was between 20 and R, and every now and then, the little light went on.
One or two clicks on the dash and it went out.......
Thanx mate...e21-Mark wrote:Sweet!

I took my clocks out the other day and snapped the small solid circuitboard behind the handbrake/brake warning lights when removing the little blue plug. I superglued it back together and soldered the path so I *think* it's working okay. However when I first plugged it back in my brake warning light came on (which I've never seen before) but then went off, and the fuel gauge was going wildly between 1/2 full and empty. Now the fuel warning light is on and I don't know if to trust it anymore because of the snapped circuit! Do you know what this circuit is for?Jeroen wrote:Fixed a ground problem with the fuel gauge, wouldn't go lower than 30 litres anymore. Luckily the empty tank warning light did work. When disconnecting the wire for the oil pressure light the fuel gauge shot above max which doesn't sound good. Changed the plastic housing including cicuits and now it seems to work fine again. Will need to check if the gauge drops further now but I'll wait for better driving conditions for that. Not expecting any problems anymore though.
