Basic questions

Hi,

Some very basic questins regarding e21, hope you guys dont mind.

1. Any article written regarding differences between e21 in different years and types (315, 316, 318, 320, and 323) other than the engine size and mechanical specifications ( i saw in the magazine article in this forum's buers guide) perhaps. I noticethe headlights, exhaust, and sunroof.
2. The bosch k jetronic injection, i read various coments. What do yiu think in terms of practicality and realibility. I livr in Indonesia and e21 parts would be hard to get.

Differences between models were little like you said some trim pieces, headlamps and of course engine size and suspension components, a bit of internet searching will answer all that.

The Bosch K-Jetronic is a very delicate system in my opinion when its running fine its beautiful but a badly maintained one is a nightmare specially if the car is been run low on fuel a lot since it can pick up debris that screws up the system.
