Need your help identifying what type of pre war BMW

Gents, perhaps you already saw this one in my report on the German OGP this year. Encountered this car but don't know what model it is. Any ideas? Seems it's not an early Veritas, that was never badged as BMW and neither would BMW do that (BMW Classic owns this car afaik)







I'll try to have a closer look at the Radsatz thing that looks like a vin plaque. Sadly Radsatz is German for set of wheels so a search for BMW Radsatz gives a billion results in Google
