Need new Rubber on Rear output shafts

The rubber boots are in bad shape and one has come separated the joint. All have bad cracking.

Is the replacement of these a job for a handyman/enthusiast or is it best left to the pros?

Any guidance / tricks?

you can get ones that split in half and you glue together = you can also get some that stretch over the top of the end and make life much easier.
